2. Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Esme and Lace. We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every order.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • In original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Certain items (intimate apparel, swimwear, beauty items, and final sale products) are non-returnable.


Return Process

Email rsabakada67@gmail.com with your order number to request a return authorization.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an error was made on our part.


Exchanges

We replace defective or incorrect items free of charge.
If the replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
